About Us

At Summit Well, we believe that experience is what lends itself to well-being. We like to create experiences that engage the senses and improve one's well-being. 

Summit Well Inc., a Montana based non-profit was founded in 2018. This non-profits offers consultation services focused on increasing and improving the well-being of older adults and caregivers. The non-profit offers free group programming to two income based facilities in Bozeman. Additionally, we offer consultation and coaching services on a sliding fee scale specifically focused on helping families who are experiencing caretaker burnout, transitioning loved ones to dependent care, need help navigating diagnoses such Alzheimer's Disease. Rebecca Koltz, LCPC and Dan Koltz, PhD in Gerontology are here to offer support

Our services at Summit Well, Inc. aspire to promote social and emotional well-being for children, families and older adults through creative and experiential counseling and consulting.

Rebecca Koltz, PhD, LCPC 
Counselor & Wellness Coach

My philosophy is grounded in the belief that each individual possesses the innate capacity for growth and self-actualization. I create a warm and accepting environment where you can explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. I believe in the power of authentic connection and work collaboratively with clients and their families to foster self-awareness and positive change. 
Areas of Expertise: I specialize in addressing a variety of concerns for children and families, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, parenting, coupling, caregiving and life transitions. I am available for coaching and consultation on these topics. For coaching I specifically focus on life transitions and caregiving.

Daniel Koltz, PhD 
Gerontology Coach

I have been a gerontologist for nearly 10 years. Gerontology is the study of aging. My primary areas of focus are caregiving and transitions to life stages like retirement and dependent care. My philosophy is grounded in the belief that healthy aging is rooted in engaging in social activity to promote whole well-being. 
I am available for consultation and coaching on caregiving and aging related issues through Summit Well, Inc. The non-profit portion of Summit Well. 
Areas of Expertise. I specialize in coaching for caregivers, assisting individuals and families with transitions to include retirement and dependent care, and providing consultation for issues such as Alzheimer's and other dementia related diagnoses.
