Caregiver Consultation & Coaching

What is Caregiver Coaching? In coaching sessions we point out strengths as caregivers and provide emotional support. This approach empowers caregivers and decreases stress because it improves their confidence and sense of competence. The non-profit, Summit Well, focuses consultation on improving the well-being of older adults. We do this by offering two types of sliding fee scale coaching & consultation services. These services are not billable to insurance. We focus our coaching on three primary areas:

Caretaker Wellness
Are you find that you are worn out from caretaking a family member? Consultation sessions focus on helping you identify goals and improve your wellbeing. We will be offering Caregiving Wellness Workshops in summer of 2024. Stay tuned for dates.

Transitions Program
Consultation sessions for Transitions Program are focused on helping you navigate transitions in the aging family. Is your parent or your spouse transitioning from independent home care to assisted or nursing care? Do you need someone to talk through the challenges of these types of transitions. We do not offer financial guidance, rather this is about supporting your emotional and social health.

Understanding your Diagnosis
Have you or a loved one recently been diagnosed with something like Alzheimer's Disease? It can be really scary and hard to understand. We offer coaching services to help you navigate the changes and live well with dementia.

Sliding Fee Scale ranges from $50-150 depending upon your family financial situation. We do not ask for proof of income. Don't live in Bozeman, MT? No problem, our consultation services are offered through  teleconsultation.
